I’m beginning to realize that the only way to make progress and improve your life is to be completely honest with yourself. We all have things in our life that we’re trying to avoid. Maybe something you’ve done or said in the past keeps creeping into your present. Maybe you’re afraid to think too much about certain things because it hurts. But it’s time to be completely honest with yourself, about everything. Take time to reflect on your life. Instead of hiding from these things that you’re afraid to face, bring them out into the light. Remember that if you let it, each day can be a day of growth.
